3.0 REFLECTION

3.1 Experience

It was an enjoyable challenge figuring out how to animate the paddle while keeping the boat and silhouette moving. I experimented with different approaches until I managed to make the board silhouette and paddle movements stand out more effectively. This task also introduced me to Adobe After Effects for the first time. Although it felt confusing at first, things gradually became easier as I got more comfortable with the interface and tools.

3.2 Areas for Improvement

The colour scheme could definitely be improved, as the overall design still feels somewhat lacking in harmony. I also realized that I need to improve my spatial awareness—right now, the composition doesn’t have as much depth as I intended. Working on these areas would help create a more visually compelling and cohesive piece.
