23/2/26 - 7/3/26 (Week 4 - Week 5) Lim Jia Xuan  0371026 GCD61304 Intercultural Design Task 2: Field Study TABLE OF CONTENTS 1.0 Instructions 2.0 Process Work (Field Study) 3.0 Outcome of Field Study 4.0 Reflections 1.0 INSTRUCTIONS 2.0 PROCESS WORK After the three proposals were submitted in Task 1 – Proposal, Mr Fitri gave us feedback suggesting that our group could conduct a field study for Topic 1 (Braille) and Task 3 (Shaded Sitting Area). Our group then discussed which topic to focus on for the field study, and after careful consideration, we chose Topic 3. We conducted the field study on a random weekday in the afternoon, as this timing was more suitable for observing the park and assessing the needs for a shaded sitting area. While visiting the park, we observed several rundown shaded areas, non-functional shaded spaces with no seating, and seats made from heat-absorbing materials.
