Overall, I really enjoyed working on this project and learned a lot throughout the design process. I especially enjoyed creating the prototype and exploring different ideas to improve the user experience. Looking at similar apps as references also helped me understand how different features and user flows are designed.
Through user testing, I realised that there can be a difference between a designer’s expectations and a user’s actual behaviour. What we assume users will do may not always match how they interact with the design. This experience taught me the importance of testing and considering different perspectives when creating a user-friendly experience.
