2.0 PROCESS WORK

To begin Task 3, I took part in designing the infographic poster, while my partner, Yee Leng worked on creating the figures and sketches to be included in the poster. To compile the moodboard for the infographic, we created a Pinterest board to organise and store our references.

In the first version of the infographic that I designed, I found that it was too symmetrical and filled with boxes. Therefore, I went to Pinterest to find elements to add more texture to the design. As a result, the second version (final template used) of our infographic was created. After receiving the sketches and elements from Yee Leng, they helped me significantly in arranging all the text, icons, and images.

4.0 REFLECTIONS

Task 3, for me, was mainly about compiling and integrating all the information gathered from Task 1 and Task 2 into a final outcome. Compared to the earlier stages, this process felt more manageable, as most of the research, ideas, and concepts had already been developed beforehand. My role focused on organising the content clearly and presenting it in a visually effective way through the infographic.

It was relatively easier for me to handle this task, as I had already been involved in the study from the beginning and was familiar with the direction of the project. In comparison to the other four of my teammates, I had a clearer understanding of the content, which allowed me to work more efficiently and make decisions more confidently during the design process.
